Our classes are all led by certified Op Fitness trainers and focus on establishing foundational movement patterns that will improve your performance in everyday life. These classes are great for beginners as well as intermediate fitness levels to establish a strong base to progress forward. For advanced individuals, these classes have become a favorite supplementary workout to complement other training sessions throughout the week.
