Using MyFitnessPal can be completed in just a few easy steps!
Step 1: Open your AppStore or Google Play
Step 2: Search “My Fitness Pal” and Download
Step 3: Once Downloaded, open the app and begin to create your free account! Doing this step is easy, all you have to do is following the steps the app takes you through. This process will ask what your health goals are, like “Is your goal to lose, maintain, or gain weight?”.
Step 4: After your account is set up, all you have to do is go about your daily activities like normal! When eating meals, track what you eat through the app. Complete your workouts and log those into My Fitness Pal and let the app do the rest!
With MyFitnessPal, no more keeping up with your daily calorie intake, or trying to figure the math between your calorie intake and calories burned. The easy to use apps will do it all for you!
